Missing woman found safe as family still seeks answers

On Wednesday, April 22, 28-year-old Andrea Williams stormed out the back door of an Urgent Care in Checotah, after becoming agitated with care providers. Then she seemed to just disappear. Not long after not hearing from her sister, Lyndsey Williams, fearing for her sisterâs wellbeing, was able to file a missing personâs report. Then Checotah PD attempted to locate the 5â2â, 140-pound woman with green eyes and brown/blonde hair.
