Dozens of budding scientists exhibited their experiments

8th graders compete at March 22 event

  • Cameron Jennings won a first place ribbon for his experiment on an electric bell.

  • Briley Gragg with her slimy experiment. She placed second.

  • (pictured above) Caleb Bowles won 1st Place for his chain fountain experiment.

  • Lialah Cox performed an experiement on the lake ecosphere. She placed third.

  • Tristan Cummings won 2nd Place for his experiment on how far a mousetrap car can go.

  • Devon Delaney experimented with a hydraulic bridge, winning a 2nd Place ribbon.
