The McAlester Buffaloes jumped out to a quick start Friday to defeat the Eufaula Ironheads 5 to 2. McAlester had the hot bats early and found success hitting the ball. The Ironheads (0-1) found themselves in a hole in the third inning as the Buffaloes led 4-0. Eufaula senior Luke Adcock struggled to start the game from the pitcher’s mound but battled back and performed well.
