Tulip and Table, a combination flower shop and cafe at 306 S. Main St., was honored with a ribbon cutting ceremony hosted by the Eufaula Area Chamber of Commerce Friday, Aug. 5. The flower shop, owned by Katie Arnold-Phillips, is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.; the cafe Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Mixed drinks are served Thursday and Friday, 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Check Facebook for special events.
