In the middle of the last century polls showed an overwhelming percentage of those polled professed a belief in God. Now, some 80 percent make that claim. Understanding that the “belief in God” of most of the claimants is not the acceptance of the God of the Bible. The God evidenced in the lives of too many is a god of convenience, not a Creator who expects obedience.
