Crews removed limbs
Crews removed limbs from power lines that were partially responsible for last week’s power outage. The power was off almost 12 hours Tuesday, April 27, for more than 1,300 customers in Eufaula. OG&E reported that the first call about the power outage came at 12:48 a.m. and the power was not restored until almost 1 p.m. The outage reportedly was caused by two blown fuses at a transistor station and by limbs on power lines. The outage was not weather-related. STAFF
