Byrd/Dodd places high in Sundown Marine Big Crappie Challenge

Leave it up to locals to place high in the Sundown Marine Big Crappie Challenge 2021 on Lake Eufaula on Saturday. Diesel Byrd of Checotah placed first and Trevor Dodd of Eufaula placed third in the junior division after Dodd’s uncle Chuck Neely took him to all the honey holes he knew. The event had a total of 126 entries and 33 anglers that were 17 and under.
