MUSKOGEE – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Tommy Ryan Gouge, 41, of Clearview, entered a guilty plea to Murder In Indian Country - Second Degree, punishable by any term of years up to life imprisonment, a fine up to $250,000, or both.
