The No. 23 ranked Oklahoma State Cowboys found themselves in another shootout with another Big 12 foe in Texas Tech. The last time the Cowboys came up on the short end when Baker Mayfield and Mason Rudolph battled it out in 2017. The Cowboys prevailed this time winning 50-44.
