McIntosh County represented in state cross-country meet

McIntosh County was well represented in the 2020 Oklahoma High School State Cross-Country meet Wednesday at Edmond Santa Fe High School. Checotah High School was represented by JaiCee Lester in Class 4A. Lester placed 74 out of 160 of Oklahoma’s best athletes with a time of 14:09.31. The sophomore was in the middle of the pack and held her own on a track that was well planned out and difficult.
