Over the past eight years with a city manager government at the helm of our great city, we have seen such a boom of infrastructure. It is exciting to see new water lines, the fixing of the water plant, the overall cleaning of the water plant, the cleaning out of the water towers and the fixing of the holes in them, not to even forget about the several feet of sludge that was at the bottom of them.
