Artist Sayak Mitra spent the day last Thursday doing a rendition of Wetlands Park. His finished piece will go on display at a gallery in Los Angeles. Sayak is an artist in his own right, but is in Eufaula working with his wife, Tracy Lee Stum, on the 3D mural they are creating on Selmon Road. They took a day off Thursday to allow workers to complete sealing the south wall of the mural site. A dedication ceremony for the new Park is scheduled for 10 a.m., Oct. 10. STAFF
