MUSKOGEE – Haskell Doak Willis, 65, of Tahlequah, son of the late, long-time Oklahoma politician Bill Willis, was sentenced to 12 months and one day in prison and three years of supervised release, according to the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma.
