How is it possible that otherwise intelligent men can view what they proclaim as truth teaching diverse and oppositional teachers, The way of salvation, in the myriad of religious teachings which claim Christianity, is without dispute a collection of doctrines that most often would require a division against itself, the very downfall of which the Christ spoke. Mark 3:24 “And if a kingdom be divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand.”

Worldly practices cannot, according to this same inspiration, be pleasing to God.
Rom. 8:8 “So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.” Heb 11:6 “But without faith it is impossible to please him,” Rom 10:17. “So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.” Rom. 1:17 “For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.” If that taught is not revealed through the gospel, Rom. 1: 16-17, it is not of God. That revealed in inspiration is that alone which brings salvation. Inspiration reveals that the claim of “faith only to salvation” is erroneous and cannot produce the life of eternal salvation. 2 Corinthians 13:5 “Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith;” is the admonition to each individual. What is taught that you rely on?
