Voters who chose to vote by mail may use the Oklahoma Absentee Ballot Application form to request that an absentee ballot be mailed to them.
The Application must be renewed every year.
The voter may request a ballot by mail for a specific election or may request a ballot be mailed for all elections in 2019 in which he or she is eligible.
Any registered voter may apply to receive absentee ballots by mail. Those voters who are physically incapacitated, caregivers for incapacitated persons, or confined to a nursing home or veteran center may indicate on the Oklahoma Absentee Ballot Application their eligibility for special absentee voting services and assistance as authorized by both federal and state law.
The Oklahoma Absentee Ballot Application form may be obtained from the McIntosh County Election Board at the County Courthouse, 110 North 1, Eufaula, or may be completed online at www.elections.ok.gov.
The beginning of the year is also a good time to review the information on your Voter Identification Card to make sure it is correct. If you need to update your address, change your name or party affiliation, a new Voter Registration Application should be completed. That application may also be obtained from the Election Board or completed online at www.elections.ok.gov.
If you have questions call the McIntosh County Election Board at (918) 689-2452.
